As a service to the property owners and residents of River Crossing, the POA Web site offers information regarding local services and product providers.

River Crossing owners and residents are encouraged to mutually share recommendations and referrals for providers who have provided superior services or products to them.  These recommendations must provide information regarding the service/product and contact information for the provider. Additionally, to allow other residents/owners to inquire regarding the provider, all recommendations must contain the name(s) and contact information of the recommender(s). Minimum contact information shall be either a local phone number or an email address.  In the event of multiple recommenders, each recommendation will be retained until the review cycle, subject to all other provisions.

Listings will be reviewed periodically. When an ad has been listed for approximately 18 months, the Service Provider editor may contact the recommender to ascertain if the recommender has recent experience to renew the recommendation. Without recent experience, the referral will be removed.  Recommendations will be removed if the recommender is no longer a River Crossing owner/resident.  Should a recommender request the removal of their recommendation, it shall be removed.

The Service Provider editor may edit requested ads for length and clarity. If a request is edited, the editor will return the ad to obtain concurrence from the requestor prior to posting on the web site.

Periodically, the editor of the River Crossing Neighborhood Directory will incorporate the online Service Provider information into hard copy. These updates will also be available on the web site.
