Mail Service
The USPS delivers mail to River Crossing residents using cluster boxes in 3 locations. The first location is on River Way, adjacent to the River Crossing Club pool. The second is on River Way near the entrance from Highway 46 and a third is located on Greenfield at the Sports Park. Each cluster box location has off-street parking and the mailbox shelters are lighted for night access.

To get a mailbox assignment, there must be an existing house on the lot or it must be under construction. New residents need to go to the Spring Branch Post Office and fill out a new resident card, show verification of their lot number or physical street address, and provide identification. The post office will then assign a mailbox and issue keys.

The Spring Branch Post Office (830-885-4508) is located at 10650 US Highway 281 N., 2.9 miles north of River Way Blvd. Their hours are 8 AM until 4:30 PM Monday-Friday and 9-11 AM Saturday. Phone: 830-885-4508.

There is also a contract postal unit inside Fisher's Neighborhood Market, across Hwy. 281 from the River Crossing main entrance. They offer many postal services at Post Office prices. Hours are 6 AM to 8 PM, 7 days per week. Phone: (830) 904-4040 | Fax: (830) 606-6778
