Architectural Control Committee Documents & Forms
|
Revision of the ACC rules, regulations and guidelines coming soon. Construction Guidelines provide a checklist to ensure all necessary information is included in your proposal for new construction, improvements or home renovations. Construction Rules & Regulations describe building requirements and restrictions. It also contains a Builder Certification/Acknowledgment form which must be submitted by the builder prior to beginning construction. Solar Panel System Guidelines prescribe procedures for review and acceptance of photovoltaic, water heating solar, and all other types of solar collection systems. This document describes the general standards and lists information that must be provided to the ACC for acceptance prior to beginning installation. All construction project submittals must be accompanied by a permit deposit. Upon completion of construction the deposit will be refunded as long as no expense has been incurred to clean up or correct violations of the Rules and/or Covenants. A schedule of these deposits is available HERE. Once construction is complete, the ACC will inspect the construction site. When items on this checklist are cleared, the deposit will be refunded to the builder. Any unresolved expenses will be deducted from the deposit. |
